Most Reverend Salvador Trane Modesto
Auxiliary Bishop, Diocese of San Carlos
The Most Reverend Salvador Trane Modesto was born on March 10, 1930 in Carigara, Leyte. He was ordained to the priesthood on March 23, 1958 and appointed Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Dumaguete on December 28, 1978. He was ordained Bishop on May 3, 1979. The most Reverend Bishop Modesto had a licentiate degree both in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Santo Thomas. He was appointed as the second diocesan parish priest of San Carlos Borromeo Parish on February 11, 1983. On April 1986, he was made new parish priest of Saint joseph Parish in Canlaon City. on March 30, 1987, the Most Reverend BIshop Modesto was appointed Auxiliary Bishop and Vicar General of the Diocese of San Carlos. During the episcopacy of the Most Reverend Nicolas Mondejar, he became President of the clergy meeting (August 13, 1996). Meantime, he was still the parish priest of Saint Joseph Parish until his retirement on July 25, 2005. The Most Reverend Bishop Modesto remained Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of San Carlos until his untimely death on Octovber 11, 2015. True to his vocation in life, the Most Reverend Bishop Modesto remained faithful to the priesthood for fifty seven years and five months, and as Bishop for thirty six years and four months.
The Most Reverend Bishop Patrick Daniel Y. Parcon D.D.
The Most Reverend Bishop Patrick Daniel Y. Parcon DD was born on November 24, 1962 in Vallehermoso, Negros Oriental. He was ordained to the priesthood on April 29, 1994. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Silliman University, a degree in Philosophy from the Saint Joseph Seminary in Dumaguete, and a degree in Theology from the Saint Joseph Regional Seminary in Iloilo. The Most Reverend Parcon obtained a Master’s Degree in Religion and Religious Education specializing in Christian Spirituality from the San Rita College in San Carlos City and at Fordham University, New York

The Diocese of San Carlos is greatly indebted to the Most Reverend Bishop Parcon for his monumental work in the coordination and relief operations during the disastrous 6.9 earthquake of 2012 which hit Negros Oriental.
The Most Reverend Bishop Parcon was appointed Bishop of the Diocese of Talibon and was installed on August 22, 2014.
The Most Reverend Bishop Gerardo A. Alminaza DD
The Most Reverend Bishop Gerardo A. Alminaza DD is the third Bishop of the Diocese of San Carlos. He was born on August 4, 1959 in San Jose, Sipalay, Negros Occidental. Reverend Bishop Alminaza finished his defree in Philosophy at the Sacred Heart Seminary in Bacolod, Bachelor’s Degree in Theology at University of Santo Tomas, anda a post graduate studies at Fordham University, New York City. He was ordained to the priesthood on April 29, 1986. And his episcopal ordination on August 4, 2008. his extensive experience in pastoral ministry includes:

- Formator at the Sacred Heart Seminary in Bacolod
- Formator at the St. Joseph Regional Seminary in Iloilo City
- Chairman, Diocesan Commission on Catechesis, Diocese of Bacolod

- Spiritual Director and Pastoral Counselor of the residency program for young clergy
